Account Structure

To get noticed, exhibits need a fanatical devotion to concept and detail. Avalon provides responsive and detailed management throughout project planning, design, engineering, implementation and on-site execution. Avalon offers the cross-functional expertise required to carry exhibit concepts into successful reality. Operating in a close-knit team environment, we collaborate with our clients to provide integrated services that ensure an efficient development process for exhibits and events that deliver.

Within Avalon, the client’s point of contact is a dedicated Account Team. In turn, the Account Teams are supported by the following teams: Design, Graphics, Engineering, Estimating/Purchasing, Manufacturing, Show Support Services, Warehousing and Trafficking, Financial Services and Location Management.

Good communication is constant and essential to the successful planning of any event. Every team member works with resolve until our clients’ expectations are not only met, but also exceeded. From project launch onwards, our creative team strives to ensure the selected design reaches into every crevice of its potential.

Account Executive

Primary contact and strategist

Responsible for relationship between the client and Avalon, establishing client needs and creating design request

Represents revisions, receives approval and performs general problem solving throughout the duration of the account

Travels to the show for on-site supervision with no cost impact to client

Follows up with all invoicing and account questions post show

Account Manager

Submits time sensitive documents and aids AE with the general service of the account

Show Services Manager

Submits service purchase orders prior to stated deadlines (to receive discount pricing)

Submits assembly and electrical specifications to facilitate a smooth and efficient installation at the show site

Tracks all shipments and confirms receipt

Show Services

Avalon Show Service responsibilities include information gathering, coordination, ordering and the communication of all information and details throughout the life of each project, ensuring the ultimate success at every show. We provide complete turnkey service for ordering on-site services and transportation.

All services are arranged prior to the "posted" dates to achieve discounted rates. All completed purchases are sent to the client prior to shipping and all assembly drawings, service orders and exhibit inventories are forwarded to the labor contractor prior to the event.

Secured storage areas are temperature controlled (for electronics). Our transportation department solicits the best price from our contracted vendors. The volume discounts we receive are shared with our clients. We track and confirm delivery of every shipment from a large truckload to a FedEx letter.

Avalon provides clients with a fully computerized project management system:
