Bentley 2003 Users Conference - The Baltimore

Bentley Systems, Incorporated, is a global provider of collaborative software solutions that enables users to create, manage and publish architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) content. Bentley's software solutions are used to design, engineer, build and operate large constructed assets such as roadways, bridges, buildings, industrial and power plants and utility networks.

The 2003 Bentley Users Conference at The Baltimore Convention center comprised 55 exhibitors and 3000 attendees with Bentley utilizing 5 vertical product exhibits (all 20í x 30í), and one corporate exhibit.

Avalon's role (with Freeman as our sub-contractor) was to act as the show management company providing floor pans, development and production of show kits and all show floor services including: carpet security, graphics, rental properties, A/V, drayage etc.

Our staff managed the entire show from start to finish with production requiring over 200 graphics and banners for Bentley alone. In addition, Avalon and our sub-contract partner Neocentrix, provided the detailed registration system infrastructure.
