When it came to the dedication of their new state-of-the-art R&D facility in northern New Jersey, Cardinal Health received six times the number of responses they expected. Not only had a small, low key reception transformed into a high-level event, there was no space to accommodate such a large number of people. And, with the mid-January timeframe, an outdoor event was definitely out of the question. Just two weeks prior to the event, Corporate Dimensions toured the facility. The client was right. There was no office space large enough to accommodate such a large group. Except for a large unfinished warehouse space. Corporate Dimensions went to work. Portable generators supplied electricity. Space heaters provided much-needed warmth. The ceiling and walls were covered with fabric. The floors were carpeted. Staging, lighting and sound, scenic elements and foliage created an elegant and sophisticated meeting environment in what had been a desolate warehouse just a few days before. There was even a Resource Center in the reception area where the sales team could network with customers and prospects. When Cardinal Health's Directors arrived from North Carolina, they were impressed. Every detail was planned - from staging the ceremony and designing the ribbon-cutting to scripting the speakers and catering a gourmet feast following the event.
